This year’s BookWeek was a cracker. “Find Your Treasure” was an amazing theme, which allowed our imaginations to let rip. Once again, I met many amazing and dedicated teacher librarians, all of whom worked selflessly to make Bookweek an inspiring and exciting event for their students. I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality and for spreading the love of books. I met turtles (Turtle Trackers), koalas and Rose, (Smooch & Rose), and Charli (Spud & Charli). I’m still waiting to meet my first dress up cassowary or wombat!
So until next year, and another fabulous Bookweek…keep looking for that treasure!
